Step 2:
- Now I have taken it up a little notch; I have added the 'EXCLUSIVE' text on the left slightly rotated. i managed to get the 'ripped' effect on the white box behind the 'exclusive' text by use of the paint brush tool to make the magazine a bit more edgy like the music its representing.
- I have also done the same pain brush effect on the masthead and the small white box at the bottom which will have my 'free posters' puff inside it.
- I changed the text colour on the pull quote so that I could make the "SCREAM" in red to make that word stand out from the other words in white.
- I made the 'pluses' in between the band names at the bottom white to make it draw more attention to the reader's eyes.
